Grand Cenia is a 25-storey hotel and residential tower that will rise along the premier location of Archbishop Reyes, corner Apitong Street, Lahug, Cebu City. It will be situated on a 4,211-sqm property, strategically located within the Cebu central business district.
Grand Cenia Hotel and Residences was conceptualized in response to the flourishing hotel industry in Cebu. Based on Department of Tourism data, tourist arrival in Cebu has grown from 1 million in 2004 to 1.25 million in 2006.
Features: The Grand Cenia Hotel and Residences building will be a 25-storey tower with two basement levels, each one has designated facilities and amenities.
Basement One and Two
Two basement levels will house parking slots, hotel back of the house (Staff Canteen and Locker Rooms, Human Resources, Purchasing, Housekeeping, and Engineering) sewage treatment facilities, water tank, pump rooms, drivers' lounge area, and storage areas.
Office / Commercial Floor
Ground Floor - Hotel lobby, front desk area, business center, reception area of the residential condominium, restaurants, and the generator set and transformer room
The 2nd and 3rd floors - offices and possible business process outsourcing spaces.
Podium Parking - 4th, 5th and 6th floor: hotel guest parking area and residential condominium units' individual parking allotment, also allocated for function rooms, hotel back of the house, and generator set
Condotel Floors
7th to 18th floor: studio type condotel units, main amenity floor with swimming pool, kiddie pool, swimming pool deck, landscaped garden, and function rooms / hotel coffee shop
Residential Condominium
From the 19th to the 25th floor: residential condominium units with 1BR, 2BR and 3BR options
Condotel units - One parking slot is already allocated for each unit. The price for the parking slot is already included in the condominium unit's TCP.
